On Sunday, February 1, we held an African Music LIVE, and the Kohoku Lounge was filled with excitement and energy!
The performers were the members of Enjoy Afro Nippon. On this day, musicians from Guinea, Benin, Burkina Faso, and Japan came together to light up the stage with a passionate performance.
They played many wonderful pieces featuring drums such as the djembe, along with percussion, bass, and keyboard.
During the event, there was also a video introducing the performers’ home countries, and our staff hosted an Africa quiz. And what really got the whole venue fired up was the dancing! Members of the audience joined in and danced with great enthusiasm.
Everyone who attended went home with souvenirs of happiness, positivity, and renewed energy.
It was truly a hot and vibrant afternoon 😊
